Kerrybrook is Jana’s favourite world: an idyllic fishing village with plenty of greenery and quaint little cottages. There are sheep, cosy pubs, and a cool breeze blowing in from the sea. Sometimes Jana makes it rain. Usually when it’s so hot at her workplace that you can barely breathe. Jana is a world designer. At her design station, she creates alternative realities that feel as real as life itself: fantasy lands, prehistoric continents, cities long since destroyed.
But then a spectacular crime occurs in Kerrybrook. Jana is forced to act and solve a crime that has taken place not only in the simulation, but also in reality. While searching for the truth she stumbles on a lethal system that silently erases thousands of lives and an underground network that hides refugees in a secret world.
