About the author
Ulrich Schnabel, born in 1962, studied physics and journalism in Karlsruhe and Berlin and is science editor at DIE ZEIT. He was awarded the "Georg von Holtzbrinck Prize" for science journalism in 2006. Three years later he published Measuring Faith which was named "Science Book of the Year 2009." In October 2010, Schnabel also received the “Werner and Inge Grüter Prize for Science Communication”. His book Leisure. The bliss of doing nothing (2010) became a bestseller and longseller.
